What a Beautiful Weekend!

I hate to admit it, but I did not watch much of the Olympics.  The TV was not out, it was on the whole time.  I just felt like since they eliminated Olympic croquet what’s the point.  So, once again, I found myself wandering in the yard, taking in the cooler temps and convincing myself that fall is just around the corner.

Here are a few random pics…..

About the blonde gardener

I'm an Arkansas girl born and raised. I garden in the beautiful Northwest part of the state (zone 6b or 7) surrounded by the Ozark Mountains. My favorite part about the area is we have 4 distinct seasons and are able to enjoy a variety of activities. My main passion is gardening but I also enjoy hiking, birding, 4-wheeling and motorcycle trips. Basically anything outside. Thanks for stopping by! Brenda

I too have not watched a lot of the Olympics, but then again Australia didn’t do all that well this time around, so I lost interest! Loved the shot of your puppy resting and that view from your backyard. Your oregano container caught my eye too! Is that really your sunbaked pond? It’s looking oh so dry and frazzled.
