From the outside, this unassuming little greenhouse looks so inviting.

Then I opened the door.
Now, before I show you, I should explain.
I overwinter plants here.

I store very important garden stuff in here.

Among other things.

There’s my gloves!
Please don’t judge me.
I never said I was a neat and tidy gardener.

I meant to pot these a few months ago
Are you ready?
Here we go….

Oh Lordy.
Guess what I’m doing today?

About the blonde gardener
I'm an Arkansas girl born and raised. I garden in the beautiful Northwest part of the state (zone 6b or 7) surrounded by the Ozark Mountains. My favorite part about the area is we have 4 distinct seasons and are able to enjoy a variety of activities.
My main passion is gardening but I also enjoy hiking, birding, 4-wheeling and motorcycle trips. Basically anything outside.
Thanks for stopping by!
Brenda
I’m not neat or tidy, either. Good luck getting it all organized and ready for spring, and finishing all those chores that didn’t quite get done.
Holley, we are having an unusual warm spell so I have been going non stop. Got a lot of seeds planted last weekend and some are coming up already. Love this time of year, but I need a rainy day or snowy day so I will stay in my house and clean it, too. If I wait much longer, I will be able to plant stuff on my kitchen floor!
You can’t be too neat and tidy when you are working with soil and preserving last years plants for this years use. The Greenhouse is cool : )
Thanks, Tammy. The crazy thing is I knew where (almost) everything was!
I’d love some:
St. John’s wort, Asclepias tuberosa and evening primrose (from giveaway #1)
and burgundy okra, midget tomato, hollyhocks, mexican sunflowers, celosia, and petunias
I’ll send you a SASE with two stamps on it.
Thanks so much
Angie, thanks for visiting my blog! With that many seeds, it will take 2envelopes. Thanks,
Brenda Embry PO Box 149 Hindsville, AR72738
Hey look you store the sunshine right next to your gloves! How handy.
Yes! I will send some sunshine your way. Be safe and I hope you are not buried under the snow very long.
Brenda
Even if we get a whole bunch; it is supposed to rain next week – it won’t be around long.
I’d give my eye teeth for a greenhouse like that – mess and all!
(I can assure you that mine would look very similar, if I had one!)
Happy Organizing!
I have really enjoyed it. It Is nice to “play” in when it’s cold! Be safe in your neck of the woods!
Brenda
Now to this I can relate…love it!
Thanks Sheila! It did get straightened up a bit but I quickly messed it up again. Oh well.
